Instructions

- Form and bake: Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until the bottoms are just lightly golden.
- Coat with powdered sugar: Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then gently toss the warm cookies in powdered sugar. Cool completely on a wire rack, then coat again in powdered sugar before serving.
