Turkey Patties:

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Prepare Turkey Patties: In a large bowl, combine ground turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Form into 8 small patties.
- Cook Turkey Patties: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Cook Eggs: In the same skillet, cook eggs to your preference.
- Assemble: Place two patties on a plate, top with a cooked egg, avocado slices, and herbs. Serve with hot sauce if desired.
