- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

- Sesame seeds
- Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce: Whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, and brown sugar in a small bowl to make the sweet and sour sauce.
- Sauté Aromatics: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Cook Vegetables: Add bell peppers and carrots, cook for 3–4 minutes until tender. Stir in pineapple chunks and cooked noodles.
