- 1/4 cup granola or crushed freeze-dried strawberries for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract if using. Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
- Shape and Freeze: Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping into small mounds or discs. Sprinkle with granola or crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top for added crunch. Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
- Store and Enjoy: Once frozen, transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
