Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare brownie layer: Combine melted butter and sugar, whisk in eggs and vanilla, add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder, spread in pan.
- Make cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth, spread over brownie batter.
- Add strawberry swirl: Drop spoonfuls of strawberry jam on top, swirl gently into the cheesecake layer.
- Bake and chill: Bake for 30–35 minutes, cool, then chill for at least 1 hour before slicing.
