Instructions
- Prepare the oven and pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
- Make the batter: In a medium bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract (if using). Stir until a thick, uniform batter forms. If desired, gently fold in the white chocolate chips to add sweet pockets in the brownies.
- Bake the brownies: Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Avoid overbaking to maintain a chewy texture.
