Salmon Fillets:

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare salmon: Make a deep slit in each salmon fillet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Make shrimp stuffing: Sauté garlic, bell pepper, green onions, add shrimp, Old Bay, paprika, cook until pink. Stir in cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, lemon juice, parsley.
