- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups Beecher’s Flagship Cheese (shredded)

Macaroni:
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
Breadcrumb Topping:

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare Short Ribs: Season short ribs and sear in a Dutch oven. Add onion, garlic, beef broth, thyme, and bay leaf. Braise in the oven until tender.
- Cook Pasta: Cook macaroni until al dente, then drain.
