- 1 (22 oz) bag refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease and set aside.
- Prepare the ricotta mixture: Mix the ricotta cheese with the egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the ingredients: Spread Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Layer ravioli, ricotta mixture, sausage, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Repeat layers.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for additional 10–15 minutes until golden. Let it rest before serving. Garnish with parsley.

- You can swap in spinach or mushroom ravioli for added flavor.
- To make it spicier, use hot Italian sausage and add crushed red pepper flakes to the ricotta layer.
