  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease and set aside.
  3. Prepare the ricotta mixture: Mix the ricotta cheese with the egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer the ingredients: Spread Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Layer ravioli, ricotta mixture, sausage, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Repeat layers.
  5. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for additional 10–15 minutes until golden. Let it rest before serving. Garnish with parsley.
