- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt

- 1 teaspoon melted coconut oil or butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
For the Icing (optional):
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- Splash of milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a small ramekin or oven-safe bowl.
- Mix the oat mixture: In a blender or mixing bowl, combine oats, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, egg, maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Prepare the swirl: Mix melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and maple syrup in a bowl. Drizzle over the oat batter and swirl gently.
- Bake: Bake for 25–28 minutes until set and golden.
- Make the icing: Whisk together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and milk for optional icing.
- Serve: Let the baked oats cool slightly, then drizzle with icing before serving.
