For the Peach Sangria:

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1/2 cup peach schnapps
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • 3 ripe peaches (sliced)
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 orange (thinly sliced)
  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • fresh mint for garnish
  • ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine white wine, peach schnapps, brandy, and sugar if using. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add peach slices, strawberries, orange, and lemon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Just before serving, stir in club soda or sparkling water for a refreshing fizz. Serve sangria over ice, garnished with fresh mint and extra fruit slices if desired.
