Ingredients
Scale
For the Peach Sangria:
- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1/2 cup peach schnapps
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
- 3 ripe peaches (sliced)
- 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
- 1 orange (thinly sliced)
- 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup club soda or sparkling water
- fresh mint for garnish
- ice cubes for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine white wine, peach schnapps, brandy, and sugar if using. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add peach slices, strawberries, orange, and lemon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, stir in club soda or sparkling water for a refreshing fizz. Serve sangria over ice, garnished with fresh mint and extra fruit slices if desired.
Notes
- For a sweeter version, use Moscato or Riesling instead of dry white wine.
- You can substitute nectarines for peaches if they’re in season.
- For a non-alcoholic option, swap the wine and schnapps for white grape juice and peach nectar.
