  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios (plus more for topping)

Instructions

  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, pistachio pudding mix, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
