Ingredients for Pickled Cherry Tomatoes:

- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt

- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed

- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 4 fresh dill sprigs

- Fill Jars: Pack tomatoes into two clean pint-sized jars, adding garlic cloves and dill sprigs to each.
- Make Brine: In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, salt, sugar, peppercorns, mustard seeds, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil, stirring until salt and sugar dissolve.
- Pour Brine: Carefully pour hot brine over tomatoes, leaving 1/2 inch of headspace in the jars.
