Scale
Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt to evenly distribute the leavening agents and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, creamy peanut butter, large egg, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Mix Batter: Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir gently just until all ingredients are incorporated. Avoid overmixing to keep the bread tender.
- Bake: Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing out the top with a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool: Let the bread cool in the loaf pan for 10 minutes to set before removing it and transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
