Parmesan Crusted Potatoes:

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions
