Sea Bass Fillets:

Chili & Garlic Sauce:

- 1 red chili (thinly sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)

- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Mixed Greens:
- 4 cups mixed greens (such as bok choy, spinach, or kale)
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Garnish:

Instructions
- Prepare Sea Bass: Pat the sea bass fillets dry, season with salt and pepper. Cook skin-side down in olive oil until crispy.
- Make Chili & Garlic Sauce: Cook chili and garlic in the same skillet. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and water. Stir in greens.
- Assemble Dish: Plate the greens, place sea bass on top. Spoon sauce over the dish. Serve with lime wedges and cilantro.
Notes
- You can use other white fish like cod or snapper if sea bass is unavailable.
