  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 (16-ounce) package shelf-stable potato gnocchi
  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil: In a large skillet or pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
