  • 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Chopped parsley or green onions (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a large pot, add ground beef, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Add Ingredients: Pour in beef broth, milk, diced tomatoes, macaroni, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10–12 minutes.
  4. Melt Cheese: Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until creamy.
  5. Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, let sit for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley or green onions.
