For the muffins:
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- â…“ cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt

- ½ cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or by greasing it lightly.
- Prepare the batter: In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fill the muffin tin: Fill each muffin cup ¾ full with batter.
- Add Nutella swirl: Place a teaspoon of Nutella on top of each muffin and gently swirl it into the batter using a toothpick or knife.
- Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
