Cookie Dough:

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Additional:

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mint chocolate chips or chopped Andes mints

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the dough: Cream together butter and sugars, add eggs and extracts, then mix in dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
