Cheese Dip:

- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Pinch of cumin (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Cheese Dip: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white American cheese, milk, and heavy cream. Stir continuously until the cheese is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add Flavorings: Add the green chiles, jalapeño juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin if using. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Adjust Consistency: Add a little more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve: Serve warm with tortilla chips, over nachos, or as a topping for tacos and burritos.
Notes
- For extra spice, stir in chopped jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.

- White American cheese melts best, but you can blend in Monterey Jack or mozzarella for variation.
