Add-ins & Seasoning
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped

- Season to taste: Season the salad with salt and pepper according to your preference, mixing gently to incorporate the seasoning.
- Chill before serving: Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together beautifully before serving.
Notes
- Use baby potatoes or new potatoes for the best texture and flavor.
- Adjust lemon juice and zest according to your taste preference for more or less tanginess.
- For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
- Chilling the salad enhances flavor combination but it can also be served immediately warm.
- Add fresh herbs like dill or parsley for an extra burst of freshness.
- Ensure potatoes are not overcooked to prevent them from becoming mushy.
