  • Ricotta Mixture:

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Additional:

  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Prepare zucchini: Lightly brush zucchini slices with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and roast for 10–12 minutes.
  3. Make ricotta mixture: Mix ricotta, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
