Hummus Layer:
- 1 (8-ounce) package hummus
Greek Yogurt Layer:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Toppings:
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1 cup diced tomatoes (seeded)
- 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Serving:
- pita chips or fresh veggies for serving
Instructions
- Prepare Yogurt Layer: In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dried oregano, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Layer Dip: Spread hummus in an even layer on a serving platter. Gently spread the seasoned Greek yogurt over the hummus.
- Add Toppings: Top with diced cucumber, tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, red onion, and parsley.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.
