Description

Indulge in the irresistible goodness of these Peanut Butter Balls – a perfect combination of creamy peanut butter centers coated in rich chocolate. These no-bake treats are easy to make and even easier to devour, making them a must-have for any dessert spread.

Ingredients

Scale

Peanut Butter Mixture:

  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Chocolate Coating:

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening (optional, for smoother chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Mix Peanut Butter Mixture: In a large bowl, blend peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar until a thick dough forms.
  2. Form Balls: Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Coat Balls: Dip each peanut butter ball into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place back on the sheet.
  5. Chill: Chill until chocolate sets, about 15–20 minutes. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • For added crunch, mix in 1/4 cup of crushed graham crackers or rice cereal with the peanut butter mixture.
  • Drizzle white chocolate over the tops for a decorative finish.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage.
