Instructions

  2. Combine Wet Ingredients: Stir in milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until just combined.
  3. Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  4. Fill Mugs: Divide the batter evenly between two large microwave-safe mugs, filling each about halfway.
  5. Add Hot Cocoa Mix: Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of hot cocoa mix into each mug and gently swirl it into the batter.
  6. Microwave: Microwave one mug at a time on high for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
  7. Add Marshmallows: Immediately top with mini marshmallows so they soften from the heat.
