Chicken:

- ½ cup cornstarch
Sauce:

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (slurry)
Garnish:
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper, coat in cornstarch.
- Cook the Chicken: Sear chicken in oil until golden; set aside.
- Make the Sauce: Sauté garlic, add honey, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, sesame oil. Thicken with cornstarch slurry.
