  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Combine yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, chili powder, and salt. Add chicken, toss to coat, and marinate.
  2. Cook Chicken: Brown marinated chicken in oil, then set aside.
  3. Prepare Sauce: Cook onion, garlic, ginger, spices. Add tomato sauce, simmer, then add cream.
