Marinade:

- 1 teaspoon turmeric

- 3 tablespoons butter

- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 ½ teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Combine yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, chili powder, and salt. Add chicken, toss to coat, and marinate.
