Description

Enjoy the flavors of a Big Mac in a convenient wrap form with this Homemade Big Mac Wraps recipe. These wraps are filled with seasoned ground beef, special sauce, cheese, and classic Big Mac toppings, all rolled up in a flour tortilla for a delicious meal on the go.

Ingredients

Scale

Special Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2–3 tablespoons Greek yogurt or light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon pickle juice (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of smoked paprika

Filling:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Wraps:

  • 4–6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles
  • Optional 1/4 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Prepare Special Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, ketchup, mustard, relish, pickle juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until smooth.
  2. Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess grease, then stir in Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Assemble Wraps: Warm tortillas and spread a layer of sauce down the center of each. Top with beef, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onion if using. Roll tightly into wraps.
  4. Serve: Enjoy as is or toast in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and slightly crisp.

Notes

  • For extra burger-like texture, cook the beef as thin patties, then chop before assembling.
  • Use low-carb or gluten-free tortillas if preferred.
  • Store beef and sauce separately; assemble wraps fresh for the best taste and texture.
