Rice Noodles:

Sesame Oil:

Flank Steak (thinly sliced):

Instructions
- Cook the noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Coat beef: In a bowl, combine sliced beef with 2 tablespoons soy sauce and cornstarch.
- Sear beef: Sear beef in a skillet until browned, then set aside.
- Sauté aromatics: In the same skillet, sauté garlic and ginger, then add bell pepper and carrots.
- Combine: Return beef to skillet, add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Toss in noodles.
- Finish and serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
