Ingredients

Rice Noodles:

Sesame Oil:

1 tablespoon

Flank Steak (thinly sliced):

1 pound

Soy Sauce:

2 tablespoons

Cornstarch:

1 tablespoon

Vegetable Oil:

1 tablespoon

Garlic (minced):

2 cloves

Ginger (minced):

1 tablespoon

Red Bell Pepper (thinly sliced):

Hoisin Sauce:

1/4 cup

Soy Sauce (additional):

2 tablespoons

Rice Vinegar:

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Coat beef: In a bowl, combine sliced beef with 2 tablespoons soy sauce and cornstarch.
  3. Sear beef: Sear beef in a skillet until browned, then set aside.
  4. Sauté aromatics: In the same skillet, sauté garlic and ginger, then add bell pepper and carrots.
  5. Combine: Return beef to skillet, add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Toss in noodles.
