- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, mirin, garlic, and ginger until sugar dissolves.
- Marinate Chicken: Place chicken thighs in a zip-top bag or dish, pour marinade over, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Grill Chicken: Preheat grill, cook chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through and charred.

Notes
- You can also cook the chicken in a skillet or bake it at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes if preferred.
