  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional Toppings:

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare Potatoes: Wash and dry the potatoes. Slice thin slits across the top of each potato, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. Make Seasoning: In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
