- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)

Instructions
- Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion and garlic, add ground beef and cook until browned.
