Instructions

- Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce: While the chicken grills, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Thicken the Sauce: Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute to eliminate the raw taste. Slowly whisk in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Finish the Sauce: Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, whisking continuously until the sauce becomes smooth and thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 3–4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
- Serve: Plate the grilled chicken bites, drizzle generously with the creamy garlic sauce, and garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh finish.
