  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare the crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into each muffin cup.
  2. Make the filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and salt. Mix until creamy.
  3. Fill and bake: Divide filling over crusts and bake for 16–18 minutes until set. Let cool in the oven.
