Description

Indulge in a delightful meal with this recipe for Garlic Butter Steak Bites served over creamy Parmesan pasta. Tender steak cubes are seared in a flavorful garlic butter sauce and paired with a rich, cheesy pasta for a satisfying dinner that’s sure to impress.

Ingredients

Scale

For the steak bites:

  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin or ribeye steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

For the pasta:

  • 8 ounces fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Reserved pasta water as needed

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. Prepare the steak bites: Season steak cubes with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil, butter, and garlic until browned. Set aside.
  3. Make the creamy pasta: Melt butter, sauté garlic, and add cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened. Toss in the cooked pasta.
  4. Serve: Plate the creamy pasta and top with garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • For extra richness, stir a spoonful of cream cheese into the sauce.
  • Ribeye offers more marbling and flavor, but sirloin is leaner and works well too.
