Lasagna Noodles:
- 9 lasagna noodles (cooked and drained)
Garlic Butter Shrimp:
- 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Cheese Mixture:
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the shrimp: In a skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook shrimp until pink, then set aside.
- Prepare the sauce: In the same skillet, add butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, wine or broth, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley. Simmer.
- Make the cheese mixture: Mix ricotta, egg, and Parmesan until smooth.
- Assemble the lasagna: Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, shrimp, and mozzarella. Repeat layers and bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncovered for 10–15 minutes.
- Rest and serve: Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
