- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
- 1 can (15 oz) corn kernels, drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
Pasta & Cheese
- 1 box (12 oz) bowtie pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Sauce & Flavorings
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the casserole later.
- Cook the Pasta: Boil the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
- Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until fully browned and no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Combine Ingredients: Stir in the ranch seasoning mix, drained corn, and cooked bowtie pasta into the browned beef. Then add melted butter, garlic powder, and sour cream. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Assemble the Casserole: Transfer the combined mixture into a casserole dish. Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheese on top is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.
- Serve & Enjoy: Remove from the oven, serve hot, and enjoy this creamy, savory, and satisfying casserole.
