Bread:
- 4 slices thick-cut sourdough or Italian bread
Garlic Butter:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Cheeses:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare Garlic Butter: Mix softened butter, olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl until well combined.
- Assemble Sandwiches: Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice. Place mozzarella and cheddar cheeses on two slices, then top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
