Ingredients

Linguine Pasta:

12 oz

Olive Oil:

3 tablespoons

Garlic Cloves (thinly sliced):

Red Pepper Flakes (optional):

1/4 teaspoon

Dried Italian Herbs (or a mix of basil, oregano, and thyme):

1 teaspoon

Grated Parmesan Cheese:

1/2 cup

Salt and Black Pepper:

Lemon Juice:

Instructions

  1. Cook Linguine: Boil salted water and cook linguine until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. Sauté Garlic: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add red pepper flakes and herbs.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Add cooked linguine and some pasta water to the skillet. Toss, then mix in Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve.
