  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • metal or soaked wooden skewers
  • optional garnish: sliced green onions and sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Beef: In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, oyster sauce, brown sugar, garlic, black pepper, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and salt. Add the beef cubes and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
  2. Grill the Skewers: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread marinated beef onto skewers. Grill for 2–3 minutes per side, turning until beef is nicely charred and cooked to your desired doneness, about 8–10 minutes total.
