- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 drop blue gel food coloring

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the milk and white chocolate chips. Stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth, about 5–7 minutes. Do not boil.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and a drop of blue food coloring, adjusting until the desired icy blue shade is reached.
- Pour the cocoa into mugs and top with whipped cream. Garnish with blue sugar crystals, sprinkles, or other festive toppings as desired. Serve warm.

- For a richer version, use half-and-half or a splash of heavy cream.
