- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 large pasteurized eggs
For the topping:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Make the crust: Combine crushed cookies and melted butter, press into pan, and bake for 8 minutes.
- Prepare the filling: Beat butter and sugar, mix in chocolate and vanilla, then add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Assemble: Spread filling over cooled crust.
- Add the topping: Whip cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form, spread over filling.
- Garnish and chill: Top with chocolate curls and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.
