Scale

Noodles:

  • 8 ounces noodles (ramen, udon, or rice noodles)

Seasonings:

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup kimchi (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon kimchi juice (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)

  • 1 green onion (sliced)

Garnish:

  • 1 soft-boiled egg (optional, for serving)
  • sesame seeds and additional green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
