- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
Seasonings:
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings:
- ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crispy fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Melt Butter: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Mix Cream Cheese: Add cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Add Seasonings: Mix in sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine: Stir in green beans and cook until heated through.
- Transfer to Baking Dish: Transfer mixture to a greased 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake: Bake for 20 minutes.
- Add Toppings: Remove from oven, top with crispy fried onions, and bake for another 5–7 minutes until bubbly and golden.
