For the beef:
- 1 pound ground beef (85/15)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
For assembling:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- olive oil spray

Instructions
- Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with diced onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
- Season and assemble: Stir in ketchup and mustard, mixing well. Lay out the tortillas and place a quarter of the beef mixture in the center of each. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and any optional toppings if desired.
- Wrap and air fry: Fold the sides over and roll tightly into wraps. Lightly spray each wrap with olive oil. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Serve warm with dipping sauces of choice.

- You can prep these ahead and air fry just before serving.
