- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Additional:
- 1 cup dandelion petals (rinsed and green parts removed)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk the milk, oil or melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix Batter: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir just until combined. Gently fold in the dandelion petals.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
