Chicken:
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Sauce:
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
Additional:
- 1 pound angel hair pasta, cooked according to package directions
- fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Sauce: In a bowl, mix Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, chicken broth, and garlic until smooth.
- Cook Chicken: Place chicken in crockpot, pour sauce over top, and cook on low for 5–6 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until tender.
- Shred Chicken: Remove chicken, shred or slice, then return to sauce and stir.
- Serve: Serve chicken and sauce over cooked pasta, garnished with parsley.

- For extra flavor, sear the chicken before adding to the crockpot.
- You can use cream of celery soup instead of cream of mushroom if desired.
