Chicken:

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Sauce:

  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Additional:

  • 1 pound angel hair pasta, cooked according to package directions
  • fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Sauce: In a bowl, mix Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, chicken broth, and garlic until smooth.
  2. Cook Chicken: Place chicken in crockpot, pour sauce over top, and cook on low for 5–6 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until tender.
  3. Shred Chicken: Remove chicken, shred or slice, then return to sauce and stir.
  4. Serve: Serve chicken and sauce over cooked pasta, garnished with parsley.
