  • 1 (6 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • 1 tablespoon water (if using cornstarch)
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker: Put chicken breasts in the bottom of a greased slow cooker.
  2. Mix lemonade sauce: In a bowl, combine lemonade concentrate, brown sugar, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over chicken.
