Coating and Frying:

- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Prepare Potato Mixture: Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Mash the potatoes and let them cool.
- Cook Meat Mixture: Sauté onion, then add and cook ground meat with soy sauce, mirin, salt, and pepper.
- Combine Mixtures: Mix the meat with mashed potatoes, shape into patties.
- Coat and Fry: Dredge croquettes in flour, egg, and panko. Deep fry until golden brown.
- Serve: Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
